Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order — no minimum. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Processing times

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing may take longer during peak periods such as prom season and the holidays. Items marked "Due to Ship" ship by the date listed on the product page; add your shipping method's delivery time to that date.

Confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Signature required

Orders of $500 or more require a signature at delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice instead of leaving the package.

Order verification

Some orders are reviewed by our fraud-prevention team. If your order is selected, we will contact you; orders ship once verification is complete. Delays caused by the verification process are the customer's responsibility.

International orders

We ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at info@prettymoment.com.
