All orders that contain stock merchandise will be shipped on the following business day. However, processing time could take slightly longer during peak times, like the holidays.

Other items not currently in stock will ship by the date listed with the specific item. However, it is important to note that the shipping date is a processing day, which should not be included in the total shipping length.

At Pretty Moment, we take the security of our valued customers very, very seriously.

Therefore, we have implemented several fraud filters to protect our customers against fraudulent or suspicious charges. For example, if your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may contact you for additional information to approve it for processing.

If this occurs, you will be contacted immediately, and we politely ask that you promptly contact us back to confirm your order to avoid further delay. Any orders held for verification by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until the required information is received and confirmation is completed.

In addition, orders may be flagged due to incomplete or incorrect shipping or billing information, address confirmation, or return policy review. The customer is responsible for any delays connected to shipping due to this verification process.

Any orders of $500 or more will require a signature when delivered to ensure your order arrives safely. If you are not around to sign for the package, the shipping provider will leave a notice of an attempt to deliver instead of leaving the package unattended.
